KENVOX INDUSTRIAL (HONG KONG) CO., LTD has two first-class manufactories with expertise in developing, designing and producing professional plastic, silicon and alloy molds and their finished products and matching services by adopting modernized technology and digital-control processing.

Both factories have teams of experienced and professional designers, developers, technicians and workers.

We have strong design and producing capabilities: besides the modern ERP management systems and top advanced CAD/CAM/CAE software for mold design, digital-control programming and analogously analyzing the plastic injecting process, Kenvox established strictand professional quality control system under the certification of ISO9001 and TS16949. Especially she holds many advanced equipment including Mikron high-speed CNC machining centers, Sodick and Charmilles EDM, Sodick slow wire-cutting machines, precise grinding machines, CMM and high-end injection machines etc. All these are assuring her customers of the most effective service and qualified products.

Meanwhile, we have full set of matching equipments for silk-screen and pad printing, hot stamping and painting, laser engraving, electro-plating and assembly etc, which can fully meet customers’ re quirements on finished parts.

Factory 1:  Located in Dongguan, specializing in automotive and OA fields etc, occupies the area of 15,000  square meters with over 400 employees,with an nual producing output at 600 sets of mould and  3000 tones of injection parts. It passed ISO9001  certification in 2000 and TS16949certificate in  March 2008.
		Factory 2: Located in Shenzhen, specializing in medicals and IT fields, occupies the area of 5,000 square meters with over 150 staff members, producing not only plastic molds and its injection details, but also alloy die-casting and silicon molds and parts, with annual producing output at about 450 sets of mold and 2500 tones of injection parts. It has passed ISO9001.
